Cancellation & Booking Policy To keep our schedule running smoothly, the following policies apply to all appointments booked with my lip blush apprentice: 📅 48-Hour Cancellation Window If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us 48 hours before your appointment. Anything under that window is considered a late cancellation. 💳 Cancellation Fee – 20% Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a 20% cancellation fee based on the service booked. This fee must be paid before you are able to book a future appointment. 🚫 No-Show Policy If you do not show up to your appointment and do not reach out, it counts as a no-show. No-shows are charged the 20% fee and will be required to pay before rebooking. ⏰ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Anyone arriving 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and this will fall under the 20% late cancellation fee, as we cannot cut into the next client’s appointment. 📸 Model Appointments For free or discounted model appointments: • You must agree to photo and video content • You must arrive with no previous lip blush • Late cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows still follow the 20% fee • Model slots are extremely limited — repeated cancellations may result in being unable to rebook future model opportunities 💳 Payment Terms All cancellation fees will be sent via invoice and must be paid before booking another appointment. ✔️ By booking, you agree to these terms Booking an appointment means you have read and accepted this policy.
